This is not a hotel. As a Superhost, I’m always happy to assist you during your stay. Please contact me directly if you have any questions, instead of approaching the building’s reception or security staff. We’ll send you detailed self-check-in instructions before your arrival.
• Check-in time starts from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is strictly before 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Location & Transport: The apartment is centrally located, taking only about 3 minutes to SECC, 15 minutes to travel to District 1 and approximately 30 minutes to the airport. It is very easy to catch taxis and access bus/metro stations nearby.
• Please do not flush anything down the toilet, including toilet paper.
• Keep noise levels low at night.
• Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
• Clean all kitchenware after use.
• Help maintain the apartment in good, clean, and well-kept condition.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted inside the apartment.
• Please keep balcony and apartment doors closed when the air conditioner is on.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not lose the elevator access card — a replacement fee of $8 will be charged if lost
