Most of our apartments are suitable for monthly stays, from one month to one year or longer.
Some apartments may accept shorter stays depending on availability and building rules.

Our furnished apartments are ideal for expats, business travelers, digital nomads,
relocating employees, project-based teams, families, and long-stay visitors in Ho Chi Minh City.

Yes. When available, we can provide updated photos, a video walkthrough, or arrange a viewing.
This is useful for guests who are not yet in Vietnam.

Yes. Most confirmed bookings require a deposit or advance payment. For longer stays,
a security deposit may also be required to cover damages, lost keys/cards, unpaid utilities,
or house rule violations.

Security deposits are normally refundable after check-out, subject to apartment inspection,
return of keys/access cards, settlement of utilities, and confirmation that there is no damage
beyond normal use.

It depends on the apartment and rental agreement. Some rentals may include internet or
management fees, while electricity, water, cleaning, parking, or building fees may be charged separately.
We will clarify all costs before confirmation.

Guests are required to provide valid identification for accommodation registration.
Foreign guests usually need a passport and valid visa or entry information.

Some apartments support self check-in, smart lock, lockbox, or building reception access.
Other apartments may require in-person handover due to building rules or registration requirements.

Late check-in may be possible, but it must be arranged in advance. Some buildings have
security, reception, elevator, or access-card procedures for first-time guests.

Pets are generally not allowed unless approved in writing before booking.
Many apartment buildings in Ho Chi Minh City have strict pet rules.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Smoking may only be permitted in designated
areas or on the balcony where building rules allow it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if
smoke smell or stains remain after check-out.

No. Parties, loud music, disruptive behavior, and excessive noise are not allowed.
Guests must respect neighbors, building staff, and quiet hours, especially after 10:00 PM.

Visitors may be allowed, but they must follow building rules and may need to be registered.
Overnight guests must be approved in advance and must not exceed the allowed occupancy.

Facilities vary by building and apartment. Some buildings include a swimming pool, gym,
parking, lounge, playground, or convenience stores. Please ask our team if a specific facility
is important for your stay.

Cleaning terms depend on the apartment and rental agreement. Some stays include scheduled
cleaning, while others offer cleaning as an optional paid service.

Please contact our team as soon as possible. Early reporting helps us solve maintenance,
internet, appliance, power, water, or access-card issues faster.

Extensions are possible if the apartment is still available. Please inform us as early as
possible because monthly apartments may be booked by another guest.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the apartment, rental length, payment method, and
confirmation stage. We will explain the applicable terms before you confirm your booking.
